Subject: November Chit Chat Question

Help!!! We need some LIFE on this page!!!

Chit Chat Question:
What crazy fads were popular when you were a teenager?

My answer: I was a teenager in the early 70s, graduated HS in 1976: Very wide pants/jeans legs, records, yo yos, Click Clacks, crazy socks, etc.

How about you?

For my 16th birthday, my best friends Mom crocheted a white dress for me..... a long white dress.

It was interesting......

I graduated in the mid 60s so "ratted" hair, shorter skirts and the Beatles were big.

Well, seems like it was penny loafers, madras clothes, skateboards becoming popular and the Beatles. Early 60s

well, I graduated in the late '70's we had disco balls, disco music. I remember .25 a gallon gas! I could take $3.00 in gas and cruise town on Friday and Saturday nights and still have enough gas to drive to school the next week! arcades were also popular in my small town I graduated with 22 kids in my class and ours was the largest class in quite a few years! the nearest "big" town of about 8000 was 15 miles away! but I have a lot of fond memories!
