Circles round, ignoring the food as she looks round her stomach. Lays down briefly before getting back up again and circling the stall again before laying back down again, begining to foal.

Shortly later a small black foal lays beside her, the colt looks around, having trouble working his stick like legs as she stumbles onto the floor, only to try to stand again.

Mare lays, watching her foal but weak from the birth, nickers to him, nuzzling him.
