In light of the above it seems a stretch that these events constitute what he says they do. He certainly doesn't give the Bengals much if any credit otherwise. What would it have cost the rats to go above 27 from 29?

& is he trying to imply the Bengals (among others) were just simply too dumb to have not taken his pet ingenue Upshaw when they had the chance(s)?
