Hey there Staff Sgt Lucy. I heard Ace & TJ read your letter on the air this morning and I just had to write you. I heard them say that you have a 4 yr old daughter that I know you must miss terribly. I am a single mother of an 11 yr and a 2 yr and I can just imagine how bad it hurts you to be away from her and not knowing when you will see her again. She must be so proud of her Daddy. We are all proud of you and everyone that is away fighting for our freedom. I also heard them say that you have a little brother on the ship with you. It was so sweet when you told him that you loved him. I believe deep inside he knows that you are just trying to protect him and he will appreciate you for it. I just wanted to take the time to let you know that its the men and women like yourself that make us all proud to be American's. My thoughts and prayers are with you and all of our military that is away from home fighting this war for us. Thank you for all that you are doing for us and for fighting to make this a better and safer country for our children to grow up in. They are our future. May God Bless you and all of those aboard the USS Kitty. I pray that you all return home safely and that you return home soon. Take care and I look forward to hearing your next letter on the ACe & TJ show.
