Dear Ssgt Lucy,
I would like to thank you and everyone serving our wonderful country. I have mixed emotions about your duties and challenges. War saddens me but I know it is necessary to put an end to terrorism. I'm horrorfied at the extent of evil that has taken place. In my opinion, I think its pathetic that people claim that their acts of terror are for their religious purposes.

Well, I will get off my soapbox. The first time I heard TJ read one of your e-mails on the Friday morning blast off, was a week ago Friday, November 1st. I was getting ready for work while he read it. Tears welled in my eyes as he read your words. I pray for those who serve for America to be strengthened, encouraged, and to make the best decisions possible. And I pray the same for the leaders our country. May God bless you and everyone military member who is away from family, friends, and home to serve our country for freedom. I'm so thankful and grateful to all of you!!! Please keep up the awesome work!!! Barb
