Subject: minutes of the meeting on 7.11. ;-)

1. we decided to make a national party just the hungarians and the austrians together. there were some polish people in the beginning, but they left;
2. we decided to organise a ball;
3. we decided to make it on the 18th of january in concert noble (-there were just this date and one on the 9th of feb left, which is a saturday);
4. we decided to create subcommittees, as there follow and we already signed up according to our interests. this doesnt mean that all these are "taken", u are invited to join, just tell us what u want to do:

-Budget: ?? we need sb with accounting/economy background/knowledge!!!

-music/classical, for the opening:aut-susanne, hun-klara

-music/modern:?

-decoration:heike,eva?

-food:?

-drinks: istvan ricz

-sponsoring: sonja, ulli

-entertainment:istvan

-pr:irene

-dance:for hungary-helga hutter

i want to add that we were told that two people for sponsoring surely are not enough, so we really need some help there, although we also will work together closely with the people in charge of food and drinks.

we did not decide upon a theme, so i hope there will be some ideas on this forum.

5.the next meeting will take place coming thursday.
-is anybody reserving the room, by the way?

i suggest that everybody interested in organising should print out the CONTRACT we have to sign with the stagiaire com. to be properly informed also about our obligations. u find it on the sol msg board-national parties.
