You can tell that I have not been taking very good care of myself. I have not posted a message on here in quite a while. But here is something that I have been thinking about.

SIX WEEKS FROM TODAY IS NEW YEAR'S EVE
Where do I want to be 6 weeks from today?
1. I want to weigh around 150
2. I want a 28 inch waist
3. I want to go out and feel wonderful about how I look

And my list goes on and on but the thing is, am I willing to do the work? Am I willing to put forth the effort that I need to in order to get what I want? I know I can work hard. I made it through college. I go to work everyday. Why is this any different? Honestly, its not. Eating appropriately, working out EVERYDAY, and drinking my water is something that needs to be a part of my life each day just like brushing my teeth and taking a shower. I would not face the world without doing those things. Why would I face the world without doing something that truly shows that I care for myself.

SIX WEEKS FROM TODAY IS NEW YEAR'S EVE.
