It is very nice to have you here, the more the merrier.

My name is Sylvia and I have known Jen for a little over 3 years, she is very well educated on fitness. I live in California and got married a few months ago (and I LOVE being married). I weigh...around 260 pounds. When I first met Jen, I just lost 30 pounds in about 3 months and weighed 220 pounds. I am ashamed that I have gaind it back and MORE. But I am going to start working out and be more conscience over what I am eating.

I understand how you may feel that the gym membership is important to you. Are you able to meet your bills and live comfortably and having the membership to "expensive" gym? Or are you looking for ways to cut back and make your monthly expenses?

I remember when Jen used to go to the gym ALL of the time and she got good results, and now she does not belong to a gym and is still getting great results.

I bought a treadmill from Wal-mart for $300 and plan to begin using it again. I also have a membership at Bally's gym that is only $6 a month. I am hoping to be start going on dates with my husband to the gym and work together on loosing weight.

Sylvia
