Subject: PMS!

Hi!

I am back to working out after one lazy (and sick) week last week. I did 35 minutes on the crosstrainer and some leg weights. Glad to be back. I have major PMS however! Chronically tired, crampy and wanting to chow on sweets. *SIGH* Ate oatmeal for breakfast and fruit. Oh...ate a huge peanut butter cookie also. LOL
