My Dearest John,
I want to wish you an especially Happy Birthday during what I know is a difficult time for you this year. With each passing year you grow more precious to me. I know how sad you must be about GH's bad decision regarding your employment. Don't let them get you down. I have called and emailed my displeasure. The joy that Mac Scorpio brings to my days is only a part of the friendship I cherish from the man who portrays him. I know how you hate when I remind you that if it wasn't for you starting me on the GH stuff--we never would have shared all the fun of the last 10 years. I love you very much and will continue to support your career for years to come. Regards to your beautiful family.
