This is a test message, the light rail study is in environmental stage. This is a good opportunity to see about what the groups involved are considering for the city and the possible effects of bringing RTA and Jefferson transit together to create a Regional system. There was also word about a group of Parishes that were putting together a plan for a MTA here in Louisiana, but the business groups involved are so scared of what it will cause for there communities. There will be more info about this and more as the weeks and months go on.
