i throw out my capsol and i activate the gravity machin to add to the gravity of this place. i begin training by doing 100000 pushups wile standing on my hands and 100000 situps wile hanging upside down. i then practice my punches and kicks for an hour. then i practice my flips for and hour. after that i practice my sparing form.
