ARE ALL THE BEST COURSES IN CITY CENTRE?

WEST BELFAST IS A LARGE COMMUNITY WHY HAVE OUR COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVES NOT INCREASED OUR ABILITY FOR FURTHER EDUCATION FOR THE YOUTH AND MATURE STUDENTS IN WEST BELFAST INSTEAD OF LETTING IT DECREASE BY STEALTH?
