FAMILY TARGET OF PETROL BOMBS

A couple and their five-year-old daughter were targeted in a petrol bomb attack in Belfast which police believe may have been racially motivated.

The attackers struck in Fane Street, south Belfast, at around 2.20am while the family was sleeping. Two petrol bombs hit a front bedroom window.

No-one was injured, but the family was badly shaken by the ordeal.
