Subject: Does anyone have a Cheerios recipe??

My brother and I used to buy a cheerios confection at our hometown fall festival. It was so good, too, but I never got the recipe! I know it had Cheerios, and I think powdered sugar. LOL There was some sort of icing type "glue" that held it together in clumps. I am fairly sure it wasn't white choc0late or any knid of chocolate for that matter because it wasn't hard. It was a soft (though set) texture.

If you have this recipe or similar..or any Cheerios recipes for that matter (hehe) please post here or email it to me. I'd be most appreciative. :) **I'd like to make some for my Brother for Christmas!**
