For the bisquits i would just use bisquick and follow the recipe on box- I do make a great milk gravy it is very basic:
4 T Fat
4 T Unbleached Flour
1 qt Milk or less if you like it thicker or cut it in half if you want less....
Also salt and pepper to taste--
