 My impression is that he was selected to be D.J. Deeb’s puppet, now with Deeb gone he found himself having to stand on his own two feet and in over his head. My guess is the lack of communication he became so well known for was caused by not having Deeb tell him what to say. He wasn’t selected for the best of reasons, his on the job performance has been poor and it’s for the best that he move on.
