 Does O'Laughlin realize what a fool he looked like on Monday night?

He pontificates that he needs the sewer department come to him before he makes a decision....and then Zimini stands up and says the sewer department was at the last meeting!

Come on Jimmy O, come clean!....what developer has a large project about to break ground that you were trying to save the $2,500 per unit for? Did Luc double your rent after the vote?
