Uh, I don't really smile on it. For me, it's not so much who I want to see together but rather who I DON'T want to see together. I want Wesley to be kept free for Cordelia. Or what about Gunn? Didn't Cordelia go all Mother Hen on him at one point last season? Or maybe Gunn/Fred, although they are pretty damn different.

Briefly, I won't accept any suggestion of A/C. In "The Prom", Angel implicitly indicated that a human female shouldn't be with a vampire as he couldn't give her children, take her "into the light", etc. So, if he left Buffy for these reasons, then they are equally applicable to Cordelia.
