Subject: Training for the Tournament

I used a uzen bean, and went to my house to train. I strap 500 lbs to each of my limbs. I struggle to get use to the wieghts. I struggle to do punching combos and kicking combos. I fanaly start to get use to it but still have a hard time. I starp 500 lbs around my body and do push-ups. I then was able to do 1,000 push-ups with 1 finger and 1 arm. I practies may axe kicks and carecent kicks. After a day I was able to do punching and kicking combos at my normal speed. I then flew back and forth to train with my spend. I then go in my house to go to bed. I still leave my weights on till tomorrow.
