i do 1000 of the following

pushups
situps
crunches
squats
pullups
chinups
punches
kicks

then i run around the whole planet 5 times then i fly around the planet 5 times then i swim around the planet 5 times

then i do 1000 of the following

vertical pushups
veritcal pushups on each of my hands and fingers
leg presses
bench presses lifting 500 lbs.
millitary presses lifting 500lbs.
left and right arm curlups

then i take a uznes bean and get ready to spar some more
