Subject: Major training

I start off by doing 5,000 of each
Push ups
chin ups
sit ups
crunches
Jumpin jacks
Lifting 1,000 pounds with one arm with both
lifting 9000 pound bell bar
bench pressing 9000

I then run around the world 9000 and fly around it 9000
and then i make another form of myself and spar it

I repeat this process till the tournament starts
