Subject: Training

It is hard for me to stand but i manage to i do 200 of the following: push ups sit ups chin ups pull ups crunches and vertical push ups. I then run from on spot to another back and forth about 10 times and fly to the same spot back and forth 10 times i then go ozzaro and find out that unlike other sayans i can control the way i act wheni am in this mode i train with this mode and then train with all of my weapins i then eat a senzu bean and go to joshs to use his regeneration pod.
