Greetings, Scions -
Based on factors that are entirely personal and in no way reflecting on any person in the Guild or DAoC itself, I am stepping down as Scion Chief effective immediately. I am not disgruntled or dissatisfied in any way other than wanting to be able to play DAOC more than I have been able to. I left a longer more detailed posting on Palo central.

Nevertheless you have all been my home away from home while I was separated from my family and I am very sad to have to leave, but In my life I had to make a few priority adjustments and DAoC had to go - for now - as there was no room left for my family. You all deserve a Guild Leader who is more dedicated and better equipped to deal with the constantly changing DAOC environment.

That being said - I want to announce our new Scion Chieftain - Wehad.

I am absolutely confident he will take Scions farther than I possibly could have and I also with to had he has exceptional game knowledge (PvE AND RvR) and he is a very dynamic and charismatic leader. I leave with a heavy heart, full of regret and sadness of missing some wonderful friendships, but I also leave knowing that Scions will thrive under Wehad's leadership and I'm sad I won't be able to take part.

I will stay in touch, I promise.

Please give Wehad the same support and teamwork you gave me. He has alot of great ideas and the ability to see them through, but he can't do it alone. I urge you to support and take care of him and I know he will take care of all of you.
