"I see. You shall be doing activities, and they will be graded. They will be about things that you are to study. Since you both are so curious about poisons, we shall start with them."
The woman pauses, only to continue.
"Poisons come in various types and for various uses. Some are tasteless, odorless, colorless - the most ideal ones for assassinwork. If the poison has a taste, a smell, or a color, it might be detected by one that is alert and paying attention to their food or drink. It's rare that we can take a chance that they won't pay attention to it, so we stick to the poisons that are relatively undetectable. Speed is important as well. How fast does the poison act? If the target has a taster, slower-acting poisons work well. The taster probably wouldn't detect it, and would be dead after it was too late. Fast-acting poisons are nice as well, if you're looking to do a job quickly. Those factors are all in consideration for choosing a poison for the task. Different poisons have different effects and can be more useful in different situations than others. It all depends on usage and purpose for which poison to pick."
Looking to her students she considers the phrasing of her next statements.
"You can poison a person in many different ways. Poisoned weapons, by slipping it in food or drink... A creative solution can always be found, and methods for poisoning could always be divised. Intravenous poisoning is usually the most effective and certain methods of poisoning, but other ways work fine as well. Any questions before I appoint you your task?"

(ooc - you're gonna have to complete tasks, and get points for them. The more points you get in one task (max amount of points for one task is 10) the less tasks you have to do. You get points for content of posts, etc. - that stuff. How well you make up an answer and express it, really. I'm thinking on what the task is gonna be, ask any questions you like - they will be answered.)
