That must be hard. My biggest reluctance to buying one (6 years ago) was the possibility of a move abroad. I feel for you man. We were considering mostly developing countries with less strict rules, but after nine eleven things changed. (i am in no way complaining about this change i think we were too lax for too long) I hail from WI so i know of many folks. Do you have a phone number? or email. (write out AT instead of "@" and DOT for "." as i would hate to get you on a spam list). Yeah that is tough. I am glad my wife and I keep getting distracted with vet school and gradschool because i am iching to move to chile or india or places unexplored. I feel for you man.
