It is extremely unlikely to almost impossible for them
to have rabies.
If their eyes are open they can have Cherrios, diced apple,
peeled grapes, shelled raw peanuts, brocolli, and shelled nuts.
They likely should still be getting formula in the way
of Esbilac Puppy milk replacer three times a day at least.
