Subject: Neutering

I am looking to neuter my flying squirrel. He is 1yr old and has recently become more aggressive. My problem is,I live in a Gerogia where ownership of flyers is not legal. Therefore, I haven't felt comfortable calling a local vet. Is anyone aware of somewhere I can take him? I'm willing to drive out of state or go to a local vet that someone reccommends. He is healthy and thriving and otherwise doing well.
