Subject: Not deficating

Please help...I have a rescue...about 4 weeks old...eyes open and responsive. For 3 days he has been doing well...now he has not gone to the potty for over 12 hours. I have stimulated him, and even messaged him in warm water...but still no BM. What can I do? His belly is bloated, and he is wanting to eat...Help please!
