Junk food,refined sugar,cheap food mixes for hamsters,gerbils,mice.that sort of thing.
Keep it as close to nature as you can get it.
Go easy on high fat/carbohidrate items like sunflower seeds,corn,wheat,rice. I classify these items as treats to be offered sometimes.
Don't overfeed.

I offer a wide variety of items,including semi wild roses and wild honeysuckle blossoms (when in season).
Nugget even gets some people food,such as red beans and rice.Which he enjoys.)
