I can tell you, mine likes to pee and poop on and in my shirt every night.
He must hold it all day and evening until he gets out.
I thought about cutting up one of my shirt pockets and hanging it in the cage.
Then I'd never have to change the litter or clean it out ever again...LOL

Honestly, I think mine tend to use the same areas over and over... so I would guess it could happen...
