Subject: 97' Eurovan Camper Leaking water

Does anyone have a Eurovan Camper that leaks water underneath the dash down into the driver and passenger side carpets? This happens during a heavy rain or snow. A mechanic has already plugged the drain holes but it stills leaks. I bought the car two months ago and can't solve this problem.
