There is no idle speed adjustment on US 928s from 1985 to end of production. The LH-Jetronic controller is responsible for idle speed.

You didn't say how fast the idle speed is. It could be your tach reads a little high. Fast idle may be caused by a vacuum leak somewhere (beyond the idle speed regulator's capability to maintain target speed).
