Yes, that was me. For a short time my publisher allowed me to post the ebook.

Right again. Actually, what you have is an older copy (before the re-editing for the Collector's Edition). If you're interested in getting your hands on the new edition, which includes a bit of a "revamping" (pun intended) I highly recommend half.com as a good source of getting Slayer cheaply.

The song is "Sweet Sorrow" by my musician friend Wayne Heath, a hot up-and-coming goth-techno-metal guy. "Sweet Sorrow" was written exclusively for Slayer but has not yet been recorded. As soon as it is, I will be offering it in a special package deal with Slayer. "Sweet Sorrow" will eventually finds its way to the Slayer soundtrack when the movie is completed.
