Subject: I am the shadow in the distance, the figment of your imagination�

The scene starts off with a pitch-black screen, you can just make out objects
such as a table, chair and a TV. After a while a figure walks into the locker
room, he walks over to the TV set and turns it on; he places a tape inside the
VCR and then turns around and walks towards the chair.
As he walks towards the chair you can just make out he has a slight limp and his
hair is long and spiked up. He sits down in the chair and picks up the remote.

As the TV comes on it shows Spike and Duo on top of a steel cage, the camera is
looking up and you can see the two very clearly. Spike has his back to Duo when
all of a sudden Duo runs up behind him and whacks him on the back of the head.
Spike starts to fall his body limp as he falls then crashes through the announce
table, the cameraman runs over to Spike and looks at him. The TV is paused on a
picture of a bloody Spike lying lifeless on the floor ammonised the wreckage of
a steel announce table. The mysterious figure gets up and leaves the room.

Elsewhere in the EOW stadium Duo is talking to Shane and a cameraman�

Duo: �So, you�re telling me that I�m in a match for the number one contenders
for the World Championship against Dean and Ethan?�

Shane: �Yeah�

Duo: �Sweet. This is going to be a roll over, walk in the park so to speak�

Shane: �How can you be so confident?�

Duo: �Well, lets face it. Neither Ethan nor Dean how that much skill, I give
them credit for brainwashing the brain dead fans of the EOW with that whole
�Beki my bitch� act. But what dose scare me is the fact they keep going on about
Spike and I been gay, *Laughs* Perhaps accusing me is the deep down
representation of hidden feelings for me� They always seem to talk about me been
gay; I�m convinced that they�re a bit on the� side. Gotta watch my back, I have
both of them in that match, perhaps I should book them in for a castration so
they hormones don�t become too much.�

�As for their pranks, we all can play games, I hope you can back up the games
you play. If not, then, have no mercy I�ll beat you until my knuckles bleed,
until you beg for mercy until you can�t take no more, slowly you life will slip
away. After I beat you two jackasses then I�ll go after Recluse and his beloved
title. No means no lie, mark my words you�ll find out what your worth� You�re no
good�

�Go ahead, try and beat me, try and make me submit� You�ll never win, I am your
Downward Spiral!�

Duo pushes down the camera and walks off.

As Duo walks off down the corridor he meets Katz and Phoenix talking in the
corridor. Duo walks up to them, he hugs them both and kisses Phoenix.

Katz: �Hey�

Duo: �I have some food in my locker room, lets have some lunch guys��

Duo, Katz and Phoenix walk towards the locker room. When they reach Duo�s locker
room the door is slightly open.

Duo creeps in and turns the lights on, no one is inside. Then his eyes catch the
TV set with the lifeless Spyke lying on the floor. He looks scared at first,
then he smiles. Phoenix and Katz walk in looking confused�

Phoenix: �It�s Spike isn�t it?�

Katz: �Yeah�

Duo: �He wants to play mind games, he�s trying to put me off my game so I�ll
lose the match at the PPV� Mark my words, he won�t win, I will find him first�

Just then the lights go out, the man with the Spiky hair appears in the door
way�

�Duo, remember. Revenge is served sweeter cold. You can�t catch me; I am the
shadow in the distance, the figment of your imagination��

The door slams shut as Duo jumps at Spike, Duo tries to open it but it�s locked,
by the time Duo has knocked it down Spike is long gone� Or is he?
