Vietnamese Rice paper rolls

1 large roll = 2 points

40 g egg noodle
Veges of your choice
Oil spray
Wasabi
pickled ginger
Fish or oyster sauce
Cook noodles in water drain, rinse with cold water. Stir fry veges, add sauces.
Run hot water over rice paper to soften.
Lay the rice paper flat fill with noodles, veges on top of noodles, wasabi and ginger, fold in sides and then roll.
Put them on a plate with soya sauce on top ,then zap in microwave for two minutes.
