I have made this one before but it doesn't have points counted. This recipe is better slightly undercooked as it dries out if cooked too long.

120g white rice
80g chopped dried dates
4 cups skim milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg, cinnamon or cardamom
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp light marg

1. Put rice & dates into sprayed 1.5 litre dish.
2. Combine milk, spice & sugar & bring to boil. Pour over rice & dot with marg. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
3. Cover with foil & bake further 20 mins or until set.

Serves 4.
