Hi Salus as Patrick Hammond said of Ozestock said----there are people still doing the markets the way they were in the crazy period (December 99 through March 2000) this is not now the way to make money----it is making money slowly now---ERG is not a straight out buy it is accumulate with a time view---if a time view is taken the stock is cheap--the goal is not (while nice) to make ten cents quickly---ie National Nominess while CAT was 4 dollars---over a period of months bought 70.000--they are now 5 dollars. At Hotcopper unlike Stockhouse people work together--the analysis posted at Ozestock is the work of ten people with me doing the writing-the end result of researching and conclusion arrived at is ERG are unlikely to fall much below 40c--since then the lowest they have been is 36.5c-------so then the trend as stated is accumulate---in the words of Huntley Investors magazine--suit a person who likes some higher risk and understands that----basically with ERG all it is doing s growing itself as a company there is no gain without a bit of pain to the shareprice-----the rest that happens is just sentiment which can be either good or bad in the paper. Further it is not a momentum trade it is in a bearish sector, the sector I believe is beginning to show signs of life, if you want a bullish sector (right this minute) gold would be better---ie 90 days ago no one wanted Portman Mining
now it is opne of the best performers on the ASX----ERG is in the 20 worst peformers on the ASX--what will the next ninety days bring? On the short term right now (dated 19/2/2002) both the A and K Stochastic lines are travelling north---showing accumulation they crossed over each other a while back (divergence) all positive. (refewr posts 1.600 and 1.601--Ozestock.)
Cheers,--Bonkers.
