Subject: Bleachers vs. Bridge St.

Hey, I was just wondering what was up with not playing @ the Bridge St. Music Hall anymore and booking all of your shows @ Bleachers. I supported you guys when Styleens/Armory High was "your joint", and then when that place fell through, I supported when Bridge St. embraced you. Bleachers was there all along, and yet Candid never played too many shows there, so I'm just wondering why now all of a sudden Bleachers seems to be the only place to see Candid. Bleachers, while a nice place, just doesn't seem practical to me for the local music scene. There aren't too many places in the bar you can be and be able to see the band to satisfaction, the bar is not all that accessible, and it can't seem to comfortably hold the amount of fans a Candid show draws in. Bridge St., on the other hand, never really had a bad seat in the house, everything was accessible, and it could store as many Candid fans as needed. I remember the cd release party for Traffic and Old Habits..... the place was packed to the walls, Bleachers could never hold that many. Just wondering what the deal was with the venue change, and if anyone else feels the same way as I do.
