Correct.The man was escaping from bandits with a package that he believed contained a bomb, so he didn't open it. The Sunday had nothing to do with it; he could have been dead for a week. The day he was found meant nothing. The might did. It had the bandits' lunch in it, actually, but even if he had eaten the food he might not have made it to safety in time.

A dead man was found hanging from a rope in the center of his empty barn ten feet above the ground. The man was four feet tall. A puddle of water was beneath him. How did he get to the rope to hang himself? You have two guesses.
