BUT, if he was murdered, the murderer might have forced him to say it, shot him, put the gun into his hand, then rewound the tape. He would probably have been more rational than the dead guy would have been. *thinks* And if you DID hear the gunshot on the tape, well, a bullet to the head is instantaneous death.
