Okay..I've been keeping track of your buddie's progress.. and there are a few things just to keep in mind.. the cells have both a sound and frequency dampener. Which means that virtually no sound will get through and neither will radio/ tracking waves. The same may go for the EMP's.
This is going by Kalia's original post when she stuck you in the cells.. which is what I have to go by.. Kalia made up the cell compositions.. so you'll have to go by that. I would guess you're not going to be able to send a signal to your buddies with the whipped up transmittor.
Also..your buddies need to assume some difficulties. Obviously the actual Fed players are thin..so..they need to think about entering Venhydran atmosphere passing any detection systems.. then enter the Fed hall.. it is sheilded so it won't sustain damage from the outside. The feds are very tight security.. there are quite a few guards, fortunately alot of them are preoccupied in with Juli's brother. They have to find out where you are and get into the building, and get past all the securities mentioned in Kalia's original post.
I'm sure they'll have to problem, but those are some things to think about.. I'm sure there are others, and there are a million and one ways to deal with them..
