*Main Event: Crusher -vs- James Jones Maniac for The World Title in a match not yet known and to be determined the card before PPV in the Fallen/Maniac matchup! Matt Manson is the special guest referee for this contest.

*Pre Main Event: Scott Cross -vs- The Fallen for #1 Contendership to The World Title! This match will be a cemetary Coffin matchup. You have to put your opponent into the coffin and shut the door and put dirt over the coffin to win. It's Halloween people we can't not have a cemetary in a Halloween PPV!

*Opening Matchup: Womans Champion Serina -vs- Tetra -vs- Julie Simms -vs- Valeree for The Womans Title in a 4 way Hell in a Cell TLC Matchup!

*Match #1: Blade -vs- "C4" Caged Crippler Chris Ceslar in a Weapons Cage matchup! Last Man standing Rules apply for this one!

*Match #2: Little Man -vs- Little J in a Hell in a Cell-Chairshot matchup! The ring and ring floor are littered with ring chairs to use and last man standing rules apply! Yes these two are tag champions but the fans want to see this matchup, so what the fans want the fans get!

*Match #3: Cypher -vs- Deadcell for The Television Title in a trick or treat Ladders and Chairs matchup! The ring area and floor will have orange and black trick or treat bags at ring side with various weapons in them to use. Last man standing rules apply for this one.

*Match #4: Minion -vs- Titanic in a chokeslam gauntlet matchup! The object is to chokeslam your opponent into the dumpster off set and then chokeslam them into the pit from hell which is and offset pit with barbed wire, old boards-nails, and whatever else is in there! The final chokeslam must be off the top of the viewtron platform to win this contest.

*Match #5: Canadian World Champion Kid Xtreme -vs- Enigma in a standard TLC escape the cage matchup with Dark Demon as special guest referee! Will this pose a problem for Enigma or will Demon be the surprise help, this should be interesting. The one to exit the cage first wins. Triple B will be the special referee for this one.

*Match #6: Xstatic -vs- Cottonmouth King in a custody Matchup for the rights to Amber Xstatic's child! This match is a pumpkin carver matchup. This means that you have to bloody your opponent to a point where he can't go on anymore to win! Last man standing Rulz Rules apply in this one with no DQ and is held in a wire mesh cage! The winner gets custody with there respected valiets of Xstatic and Tetra's child. Over the weeks this matchup has transformed into Xstatic and CK who have been going back and forth. It seems that Serina and Tetra are more then willing to compromise but something tells me this is deeper then Xstatic's child! The Hardcore Title is also on the line as well, so title gold up for grabs in this one.
