Subject: Nemesis speaks (so you'd all better listen!)

The camera fades in, showing the office of the co-owner, Nemesis. He sits in a swiveling chair, facing away from the camera. He spins the chair around, and looks into the camera. After a short pause, he begins talking.

Nemesis: "Welcome, all of you, to the ECWF. We've been working hard these last few weeks to set the federation up, and have been able to hire many good wrestlers. We were even able to sign a few away from other federations. This Monday marks the beginning of a world title tournament, one which will crown our first world champion since our return. This tournament will end at our first PPV, Santa's Getting Slayed, but as my partner, Goldigger, already mentioned, that won't be just any ordinary match. However, we will only reveal that once our field is down to the two people who will be participating in the match. Don't worry, it will be worth it in the end."

Nemesis pauses for a moment, and then begins speaking again.

"Also, there is the status of the remaining titles. Currently, we do not have a large enough Cruiserweight or Tag Team division to warrant those titles being put up for grabs, so we'll wait on those. As for the Intercontinental and Hardcore titles...just wait. We already have plans for both of those."

"Now, I've heard talk that many of the wrestlers and fans think I was behind the brawl that occured on Thursday. I did not tell Dragon to attack Ran Deveis. Quite frankly, I don't even like the Dragon. Besides myself and Goldigger, he's the only other person who was around 2 years ago, when the ECWF existed under different ownership, and I didn't like him then. I assure you all, I did not tell the Dragon to start that fight. He did that of his own free will."

"Now, business. This Monday, as stated earlier, marks the beginning of our tournament. There will be 4 tournament matches on Monday, and 3 on Thursday. Now, myself and Goldigger have yet to decide exactly which matches we want for Monday, but I have decided on two of them. This Monday, we will see Stone Cold Steve Austin fight Stanley Ladd in a tournament match. In addition, the main event on Monday will see The Dragon take on Ran Deveis, also in the tournament. I'd also like to remind you all that all tournament matches will be No Disqualification matches. On Thursday, in addition to three tournament matches, we will see Stone Cold Steve Austin take on Rob Van Dam. As for the rest of the matches for those two days, we will be sure to let you all know as soon as it is decided."

Nemesis turns away from the camera, signalling that his statement is over. The camera slowly fades to back.
