A good poem, though frustrated. However, I do not agree fully. Mind, as distracted as it is liable to become, is not the ultimate evil. Not even ego is the ultimate evil. These things developed within nature because they have a use, a purpose. The ego provides the individual with a point of reference, and a unique sense of identity - and mind is the spirit's greatest contribution to the biological entity. Without mind, you could have never written such a great poem in the first place. It is our obsession with and abuse of these faculties which lead us towards insecurity and suffering. If there is a true enemy of mankind, it's name is fear.

Consider these things my friend, and perhaps your frustration will be alleviated to an extent. I am glad at least, that you are very thoughtful - and you write well. I enjoyed both of your other poems as well.
