Hi, after letting my new fastback run dry by accident (first time use) I developed a petrol leak in the hose that runs into the engine - I guess drying it out it cracked. I replaced that no problem but I now have a very strong smell of petrol as I drive along. I have checked underneath but nothing is dripping and I can't even work out where the smell comes from. I have checked the filler cap and that seems to be sealing ok. The hoses at the front do not smell strongly and in the engine there is no obvious leak. It only smells strong when driving. Could it be a breather hose allowing fumes out? Do I need to systematically replace all the hose? My workshop guide does not have a diagram of the hoses, can anyone scan me one? slim8589@yahoo.co.uk
