my car's stock height and don't plan to lower it. I've copied the following from another forum. I haven't tried it so don't blame me if it doesn't work! good luck........

If you jack up the front of your Notch,Fasty,or Square, remove your wheels, and bottom part of the shocks. Then take out your Saws all and cut your bump stop bar all the way off.
you will see a bolt in the middle of the 2 tortion arms, with a hook looking thing,
Their is one on each side. remove both on each side..
Now get a bolt thats about 3 inches long and threads into the hole you took the bolt out of,
The splines are crossed in the beam, so if you hit the passenger bolt when its threaded in the hole it will push out the driver side bottom torsion arm.
Likewise with the other side.
When the bottom torsion arms are pulled out on each side to that the whole brake assmbley, can move freely. You can move it up slide it in and then go to the other side and do the same. ( you can feel the splines as you raise the arms up. When you have the desired hight, then push in and do the same to the other side of the car. put the original bolts in without those hook looking things. Bolt up your shocks, and then your tires,
Lower the jack and your ready to go!
