 Sigurd yawns lazily as he looks out the valley in hopes of sighting something of interest. Not much had changed since yesterday although the grass seemed just by an inch more alive. The summer was seemingly going to be a good one. A bit further away did he see his horses, Faery (mare) and Loki (gelding), unfortunately had Faery's foal since last year died this winter and the sight of her alone provoked strange feelings of sorrow for her. Maybe because it was the only thing that reminded him of his old homeland..
There was not much to do right now, the slaves took care of the cow and his wife of their three kids. Maybe he would go to see if some of his sheep were near.. See if any young ones were born. Eyes slowly looking toward Faery which was in foal. She had served long and well.. Her time was soon coming to an end. Currently bearing his stallions' last foal.. Maybe hers too. He yawns before slowly heding back into the farm.. the sheep could wait till after the nap. As he bursted in he called for Thomas, ordering him to get Loki ready, before staggering to his bed.
