Dark femme shouldn't be at the farm, yet femme's sensitive lobes caught the sound of human sadness. Stands at the edge of the trees, and watches the house. Sounds of human sobs are carried to femme, then when they stop, femme strains for more sounds. Unable to find any on the wind, femme approaches house quietly. Stands near window, then is comforted by the sound of soft breathing. Femme turns, and canters up the hill, hoof marks left in the damp earth. When dark femme reaches the treeline, dial is uplifted in a joyous whinny to the human girl. Then femme turns and canters back to her steed.
