*Femora halts slightly away, boa extended to meet other, nares dialate, inhaling deeply other's scent, ears flickering forward in attention paid to other. Ebonite tresses ruffle lightly as wisps of wind drift around her. draws back slightly after taking other's scent, muscles relax from subconsciouse tension as femme desides other is friendly. Eyes soften, almost smiling, before muzzle is lowered to jaded terra as ivories tear off tender shoots of succulent greenery*

((OOC: ack, sorry that took so long. stupid busy schedule, and now school is going to start soon... AH! Anyway, a good way to learn some behavior is to watch your Semi-tame horses out in the feild. when humans aren't around, they often revert somewhat back to their old instincts. watch what happens when you put a new horse out with the rest of the herd, or even when a regular herd member returns from a ride. see how they interact with eachother, and how pecking order is established and held. Not only will this help your RPing, but you'll learn some helpfull tidbits about your horse that may make your riding life easier. For example, you have to approach teaching things to a very dominant horse differently than a lower ranking horse. as for typing realistic posts, that just comes with practice. The more you watch horses though, the more of their body language you'll start to figure out and the easier it will become. ok, I'm starting to ramble now, so before I bore you any further I'm going to quit. Nice job for a first realistic post, by the way. =) ))
